Part of the regular maintenance includes the tires and having an alignment done. Having the wheels aligned can be beneficial with achieving better gas mileage. Tires that are not aligned can cause extra and unnecessary drag and force for your vehicle.

Noticing that your vehicle is pulling in one direction or another can be an early sign of a bad wheel alignment. Pulling of the vehicle is also the most common sign of poor alignment. As you drive down a straight and level road, your vehicle should drive straight. You should also drive without having to correct or steer the wheel. While driving, you may notice if the vehicle turns slightly in either direction. This pulling means that the wheels of the vehicle are misaligned.

If the wheels are misaligned, one side of the tire tread will wear more than the other. Also inspect for any uneven wear or bald spots on the tires. This too can be a sign of poor alignment. Noticing if any part of the tire is worn down more than the tire opposite of it is a good indication that an alignment may be needed soon. By ignoring it, you can also be doing damage to other components of your vehicle. This is because if the wheels do not rotate and wear correctly, it will cause other parts to wear incorrectly as well. You can also bring the vehicle in and we can inspect it for you. This can help you to have a safe and reliable ride.
