Getting your vehicle ready for summer and any road trips you might take is important. By doing so, you can increase the chance your vehicle will be road ready when you set out across town or on vacation.

The lights should be checked regularly, and especially before any long trip or vacation you plan on taking. Inspect all the lights and bulbs. If any bulb is burned out, it should be replaced. The lights and blinkers are needed to help improve the safety when you drive. Not only do they help you see the road, but it helps others to see where you are at, and in which direction you will be turning.

Also remember to inspect the tires at least once a month. By doing so, you can help ensure they are properly inflated and wearing correctly. Check the sidewalls for any cuts or nicks on them. If the tread is wearing unevenly, it might be time for an alignment. You can also notice an issue by if the vehicle pulls in one direction or the other.

The brakes should be inspected as well. If you notice any pulsations, grabbing, or odd noises, it could indicate an issue with the brakes. Make sure to schedule an appointment and bring the vehicle in so we can inspect the brake system for you. Anytime you notice an issue with your vehicle, it is important to bring it in so we can inspect it for you. This can help prevent further problems from developing.
